We feel it’s important to get all our small groups started in the same way and with the same information, so that the vision will be clear and each member will understand what the commitment to a small group means. For this reason, the first two sessions are handled by the group’s coach. We created a curriculum that coaches use for these two sessions, which equips the group to begin meeting on their own by the third session.
